Cubes: A complete cutting set for cutting cubes, for example: a cutting set of 10x10x10mm consists of:

Upper cutting drum 10mm with circular knives
Lower cutting drum 10mm
Block knife 10mm
Scraper 10mm

Strips: The lower cutting drum would not be used for cutting strips but a small deflector to guide the product through the cutting area is needed, for example: a cutting set of 3mm strips consists of:

Upper cutting drum 3mm
Block knife 3mm
Scraper 3mm
Deflector for strips

Slices: To cut slices; upper cutting drum, lower cutting drum and scraper are not required. Instead, a block knife is needed and size of the knife does not matter.
A delflector is used for the slices to guide the product through the cutting area.
