It provides complete versatility for cubing of the whole muscle by spiral and circular blades. Has the ability for accurately cutting the meat into strips, steaks, cubes, and dicing. Works on products such as beef, chicken, pork, lamb, seafood, cheese, cooked meat, and other products with a temperature of less than -2℃. It can be combined with the horizontal slicer for accurate sizing of cutting 3D products.
